Is my broker account safe? Do you use API keys?

Absolutely. We never ask for your broker passwords, TOTP codes, or trading API keys — on either tier. Trinetra has no ability to execute trades or access your funds. However, how your data is handled differs by tier:

🟢 Free Tier

Runs 100% locally in your browser using local storage. No data is ever sent to our servers. Your trade logs exist only on your device and reset when you clear browser data.

🔱 Pro Tier

Uses a secure cloud backend to store your trade history and enforce discipline limits across sessions. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We have zero access to your broker account.

What happens when my daily loss limit is hit?

Once your self-declared loss limit is breached, the Trinetra Shield activates automatically:

  • A full-screen Red Curtain overlays your trading terminal immediately.
  • The extension widget is disabled — no new quantities can be calculated.
  • A 24-hour rolling lock is applied. Trading resumes automatically the next session.
  • PRO users additionally receive a Telegram alert when the lock activates.

The lock is enforced server-side for PRO users, meaning it cannot be bypassed by clearing browser data or reinstalling the extension.

Is PRO a subscription? How does billing work?

Trinetra PRO is a manual, one-time 30-day plan — not an auto-renewing subscription. You pay ₹99 once and get 30 days of PRO access. There are no hidden charges or automatic deductions.

  • Your PRO access expires exactly 30 days after payment.
  • If you pay again before expiry, the 30 days are stacked on top of remaining days.
  • After expiry, your account automatically reverts to the Free tier.
  • Your entire trade history is preserved even after downgrade.

How do I request a refund?

We offer a 7-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee for first-time buyers. If you are not satisfied, email us at support.mahadevsecurities@gmail.com with your Transaction ID within 7 days of purchase.

  • If a refund is processed, your PRO access will be revoked immediately.
  • Deleting your account before requesting a refund forfeits eligibility.
  • Refunds only apply to the first payment. Renewal payments are non-refundable.

Which brokers and exchanges are supported?

Currently, Trinetra is optimized for the following web trading platforms:

  • Delta Exchange — India & Global (delta.exchange, india.delta.exchange)
  • CoinDCX — coindcx.com
  • CoinSwitch — coinswitch.co
  • Mudrex — mudrex.com

We are constantly expanding exchange support based on community feedback. Suggest an exchange via Support.

What data does Trinetra PRO store about me?

We store only the minimum data required to enforce your discipline limits. Here is exactly what is stored on our servers:

  • Your email address — for login and OTP verification only
  • Your trade logs — symbol, entry price, SL, exit price, and PnL (all manually entered by you)
  • Your daily settings — max trades and daily risk limit you set
  • Your Telegram Chat ID — only if you choose to link it
  • Your discipline streak and current plan tier

We do not store passwords in plain text (bcrypt hashed), OTPs in plain text (SHA-256 hashed), or any broker credentials whatsoever. You can permanently delete all your data at any time from your Account Settings.

How do I permanently delete my account?

You can permanently delete your account from your Dashboard → Account Settings. The process is OTP-verified for security:

  • Click Delete Account — an OTP is sent to your registered email.
  • Enter the OTP to confirm your identity.
  • Your account, trade history, settings, and all personal data are permanently purged from our servers immediately — no recovery is possible.

Important: If you have an active PRO plan, deleting your account forfeits your remaining days and any refund eligibility.

How do Telegram alerts work?

Trinetra PRO can send real-time alerts directly to your Telegram when your discipline shield activates. Setup is simple:

  • Open Telegram and message @userinfobot to get your personal Chat ID.
  • Go to your Dashboard → Link Telegram and enter your Chat ID.
  • Alerts are sent by our bot — we never read your messages or access your Telegram account in any way.

You will receive an alert when your daily loss limit is breached and the 24-hour lock activates. This is a PRO-only feature.
