Who We Are

Trinetra is an advanced behavioral guardrail developed by The Mahadev Securities. We are a collective of active traders worldwide building tools to solve the #1 problem in trading: Lack of Discipline.

We are NOT a registered investment advisor. This is a technical tool designed for risk awareness and psychological protection.

Data Inventory

Transparency is our highest priority. Here is how we handle data based on your chosen tier:

FREE tier: All data stays in your browser only — never sent to our servers. PRO tier: Trade data is stored securely in our cloud database for cross-session discipline tracking.

Section 03

Processing & Infrastructure

Your security is maintained using industry-standard protocols:

FREE Tier — Browser Local Storage: All data stays on your device. The risk calculation engine runs entirely inside your browser tab. Nothing is ever sent to our servers.
PRO Tier — Secure Cloud Backend: Trade logs, settings, and analytics are stored in our encrypted PostgreSQL database hosted on a secure cloud provider. Data is transmitted exclusively over HTTPS.
Kill-Switch Radar (PRO): The extension polls our backend every 60 seconds to check your account lock status. No raw trading data is streamed — only your current analytics summary.
No External Trackers: We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any 3rd-party trackers on our platform.

Section 04

Account Deletion

You have full control over your data. If you decide to leave the ecosystem, we wipe everything.

You can delete your account directly from the Dashboard → Account → Delete Account option. Verify with a one-time OTP and your data will be permanently purged instantly. Alternatively, email support.mahadevsecurities@gmail.com with the subject "Delete My Account" and we will manually purge all records within 48 hours.
