Trinetra is a behavioral risk management tool designed to help traders maintain discipline by tracking self-declared risk limits. It does not provide investment advice, trade recommendations, or any form of financial guidance.
Trinetra Free Tier runs entirely within your browser. No account is required. Trinetra Pro requires account creation for cloud sync, analytics, and alerts.

Important: Trinetra monitors rules you set yourself. If you choose to override your own rules or trade outside the tool, Trinetra has no mechanism to stop you. Final trading decisions always remain with you.
Trinetra offers a Free tier (no account required) and a Pro tier. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. We do not store your card or payment details.
Refund Policy:
We offer a 7-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee for first-time subscribers. If Trinetra does not meet your technical expectations within the first 7 days, we will issue a full refund. Beyond this period, subscriptions are generally non-refundable. Please refer to our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details on immediate access revocation upon refund.

All financial markets involve substantial risk. Past performance data shown within Trinetra is based solely on trades you manually entered — it is not indicative of future results. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Mahadev Securities' total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of Trinetra shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the last 3 months prior to the claim.
In no event shall we be liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
All content, branding, code, and design elements of Trinetra — including but not limited to the name "Trinetra", "The Mahadev Securities", logos, UI design, and underlying algorithms — are the intellectual property of The Mahadev Securities.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your personal trading discipline purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works based on our product without written permission.
You may delete your account at any time from within the app via Dashboard → Account Settings. All your data is permanently purged immediately upon OTP-verified deletion confirmation. This action is irreversible and cannot be undone.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If changes are material, we will notify registered users via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of Trinetra after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
