7-Day Peace of Mind Guarantee

We stand by the quality of Trinetra. If you are a first-time subscriber and the tool does not meet your expectations within the first 7 days, we will issue a full refundβ€”no complex questions asked.

Digital Services & Refunds

Trinetra Pro is a one-time 30-day digital plan — not a SaaS subscription. When you pay ₹99, your PRO access is activated for exactly 30 days with no automatic renewals.

Standard Policy: After the initial 7-day guarantee period, payments are non-refundable. PRO features (analytics, kill-switch radar, cloud trade sync) are consumed the moment your plan is activated.

Exceptional Cases: If you face a persistent technical bug that prevents the tool from functioning on supported exchanges (CoinDCX, Delta, Mudrex, Coinswitch), and our support team cannot resolve it within 48 hours, a pro-rated refund will be granted for the remaining days of your plan.

Account Deletion: If you permanently delete your account after making a payment (even within the 7-day guarantee period), your plan is immediately terminated and no refunds will be issued. Deletion triggers an immediate, irreversible data purge across all our systems, including billing references.

How the PRO Plan Works

Trinetra PRO is a manual 30-day plan — there is no cancel button because there are no automatic renewals. Once you pay, your PRO access is active for 30 days. After that, your account reverts to the Free tier automatically. No action needed.

Plan Stacking: If you pay again before expiry, the new 30 days are added on top of your remaining days (not reset from zero).

Refund Revocation: If a Refund is processed under our 7-day guarantee, your PRO access and all premium features will be revoked immediately as the contract is considered voided. Your account reverts to Free tier instantly.

No Automatic Charges: We do not store card details. Razorpay processes all payments. No further charges are ever made automatically after your plan payment.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have a billing discrepancy, please do not raise a bank chargeback immediately. Email us at support.mahadevsecurities@gmail.com with your Transaction ID. We usually resolve all billing queries within 24-48 hours.
