1. What does "Verified by Google" mean?

Before any extension is allowed on the official Chrome Web Store, it undergoes a strict review process by Google's automated systems and security team. Because Trinetra is live on the store, it means:

• Google has scanned our source code and confirmed there is zero malware or malicious scripts.
• Our data handling practices comply with Google's Developer Program Policies.
• We only request the exact minimum permissions needed to make the Shield work.

2. Do we steal or see your data?

Absolutely NOT. We are traders building for traders. We do not want your data.

• No Passwords/API Keys: Trinetra never asks for your broker login, password, or API keys.
• Local Processing: The extension calculates your risk locally inside your browser. It does not send your screen data to our servers.
• Manifest V3: We use Google's latest, most secure extension architecture (Manifest V3), which physically prevents extensions from executing remote code.

3. Why do we need "Read and Change Data" permission?

When you install the extension, Chrome warns you that Trinetra can "read and change data" on your trading websites. This sounds scary, but it is standard for any extension that modifies a webpage.

We need this permission to:

• Read: Look at your current Capital/Wallet balance to calculate the correct risk quantity.
• Change: Inject the "Red Curtain Shield" to physically block you from clicking the Buy/Sell button when you are overtrading.

We do not read your passwords, and we cannot execute trades on your behalf.
